Yasser Abdullah Serviced Apartments

A contemporary mixed-use building that stacks serviced apartments above a two-level retail base. The façade reads as interlocking white and charcoal volumes, anchored by a dark entrance tower wrapped in a hexagonal perforated screen, with glazed shopfronts below and private balconies above. Three-dimensional plans reveal a ground floor of showrooms, a gym, a café and a central lobby; a mezzanine of upper-level retail and apartments; and a typical floor of serviced units along a central corridor. SKETCH shaped architecture and interiors as one coherent, operationally efficient design.
